• Role: Veterinary Surgeon (Leadership / Senior GP)

• Hours: Full time (flexible working patterns considered)

• Weekends: 1 in 3 Saturdays

• Salary: Up to £60,000 DOE

• Contract: Permanent

• OOH: None

• Sole Charge: Some sole charge required

The Area:

The Role:

This role is ideal for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon who is ready to take the next step in their career, combining clinical excellence with leadership and mentorship. You will play a key role in shaping clinical protocols, supporting junior vets and helping to guide the practice through an exciting period of growth, including an upcoming relaunch and rebrand.

You will work closely with an experienced RVN practice owner and a supportive clinical team, contributing to both day-to-day clinical work and longer-term practice development. There is real scope to develop a clinical specialism, with full support for CPD and postgraduate qualifications.

• RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon

• Strong GP background with leadership potential

• Confident mentoring and supporting junior colleagues

• Comfortable with occasional sole charge

• Passion for clinical standards, teamwork and progression

• Interest in shaping protocols and practice development
