An exciting opportunity for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join a progressive, well-resourced small animal practice undergoing significant clinical expansion. Full Time | £55,000–£65,000 DOE Bonus | 4 Day Week | No OOH

The Role:

This is a senior clinical role suited to an experienced Veterinary Surgeon confident managing their own caseload and contributing to a high-performing clinical team. You'll be involved in varied medical and surgical case work, with access to advanced imaging, orthopaedics, dentistry and referral-level diagnostics as the practice continues to expand its facilities.

You'll work closely with a large, experienced vet and nursing team, with opportunities to develop a clinical niche, support junior colleagues and contribute to clinical discussions, audits and service development. For the right individual, there is also potential for longer-term progression into partnership.

Facilities & Clinical Exposure:

• Advanced orthopaedics including TPLO and external fixation

• High-level anaesthesia and monitoring

• Ultrasound with Doppler, flexible endoscopy and advanced scopes

• Dental radiography and therapeutic laser

• Point-of-care diagnostics and blood gas analysis

• CT imaging launching as part of a major practice expansion

• In-house rehabilitation and physiotherapy services

What We're Looking For:

• RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon

• Minimum 5 years' small animal experience

• Confident in routine soft tissue surgery and diagnostics

• Interest in advanced medicine, imaging, surgery, ECC or dentistry

• Certificate holders or those working towards a certificate encouraged

• Collaborative, progressive mindset with strong communication skills
