Working Pattern: Monday–Friday with flexible rota options

Weekends: 1 in 5 Saturday mornings (9:00am–12:30pm)

The Role:

Deliver high-quality first-opinion small animal care
-
Confidently manage routine consultations and soft tissue surgery
-
Opportunity to develop or expand special interests such as dentistry, cardiology or laparoscopy

Exposure to innovative AI technology designed to support diagnostics and workflow efficiency
-
Work within a structured diary with protected admin time and fully blocked lunch breaks
-
20-minute consultations as standard with strong nursing support throughout the day
What We're Looking For:

RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon
-
Confident with routine surgery and consultations
-
Interest in dentistry, cardiology or laparoscopy advantageous but not essential
-
Open-minded and interested in working with new technology and AI-supported tools

Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach

Commitment to ongoing learning and clinical development
