The Area: Rustington is a coastal village in West Sussex, close to Littlehampton and the South Downs. With the beach just a short walk away, it offers an excellent lifestyle balance, combining seaside living with good road and rail links across the South Coast and into Sussex, Hampshire and Surrey.

The Practice: This role is based within a modern independent small animal practice that forms part of a well-established, family-owned veterinary group with thirteen practices across the UK. The group has been independent for over 15 years and remains firmly non-corporate, reinvesting all income back into people, facilities and long-term development. The Rustington practice is well equipped with digital radiography, ultrasonography, an IDEXX in-house laboratory and dedicated surgical facilities, alongside visiting peripatetic clinicians, allowing a varied and rewarding nursing caseload.

The Role: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a friendly and supportive team. You will be involved in all aspects of small animal nursing within a well-resourced environment that values clinical standards, teamwork and work–life balance. Flexible rotas, no on-call and strong group support ensure you can focus on delivering high-quality patient and client care within an independent setting.

• RCVS Registered (or soon to be)
