Full Time | £50,000–£70,000 DOE | 39 Hours | 1 in 4 Weekends

The Area:

The Role:

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join a modern, well-equipped small animal practice with a strong focus on clinical quality and case continuity.

You will manage a varied first-opinion caseload, covering consultations, diagnostics, surgery and preventative care. The role is well supported, with dedicated daily admin time built into the rota and a collaborative clinical and support team environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience, including at least 1 year in UK practice

• Confident managing routine medical and surgical cases

• Strong interest in early diagnostics and continuity of care

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• A proactive approach to ongoing clinical development

Working Hours & Flexibility:

• 4-day working week

• Consistent weekday off

• 1 in 4 weekend rota

• Flexible working patterns considered

Must Haves
