About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse looking to take the next step into a leadership position.
You’ll support the Head Nurse with the day-to-day running of the nursing team, helping to drive clinical standards, efficiency, governance, and continuous improvement across the practice. The role includes a varied mix of consulting, inpatient and surgical duties, alongside mentoring and supporting RVNs, students, and support staff.

About the Practice:
This is a well-equipped, modern small animal practice with excellent facilities, including:

Two operating theatres

Dental suite with dental X-ray

Digital X-ray and ultrasound

Separate dog, cat and small animal wards

Walk-in kennels, isolation unit and in-house laboratory

Multiparameter monitoring
The practice has a supportive, collaborative team and a growing orthopaedic caseload.

Confident across all areas of veterinary nursing

Previous senior or leadership experience desirable

Must Haves
- RCVS Registered (or soon to be)
