• Shifts: 9-hour shifts including duty nights

• Weekends: 1 in 4

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse to step into a leadership position within a well-equipped small animal practice. The role focuses on leading and developing the nursing team while maintaining high clinical and operational standards.

You will work closely with the wider clinical and support teams, helping to drive efficiency, governance, and continuous improvement across nursing services.

What We’re Looking For:

• RCVS registered Veterinary Nurse

• Strong clinical background with leadership or senior RVN experience

• Confident, organised and self-motivated

• Passionate about mentoring and developing RVNs, SVNs and VCAs

• Excellent communication and team-working skills

• Commitment to delivering high standards of patient and client care

Must Haves
