The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon with a strong background in advanced soft tissue surgery and orthopaedics to join a well-equipped small animal practice. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality clinical care, managing complex surgical cases, and supporting the ongoing development of clinical standards within the practice.

Alongside your surgical caseload, you will also contribute to first-opinion consultations, preventative care, and case continuity, working closely with a skilled clinical and support team.

What We’re Looking For:

• RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon

• Proven experience in advanced soft tissue surgery and orthopaedics

• Confident managing complex surgical and medical cases

• Excellent communication and client care skills

• A collaborative, team-focused approach

• Commitment to ongoing clinical development and CPD
