About the role
We're looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join a thriving independent small-animal practice on the South Coast. This is a fantastic opportunity for a vet with over 3 years' experience (including at least one year in UK practice) to manage a varied caseload, work cases up to a high standard, and continue developing clinically within a supportive team.

You'll be responsible for providing preventive care, diagnosing and treating a wide range of conditions, and building strong, trusted relationships with clients. A passion for early diagnostics, consistency in case follow-through, and excellent communication skills are key to succeeding in this role.

The surgery is purpose-built, modern and spacious, equipped with excellent facilities to support high standards of care. You'll be part of a friendly, close-knit team of veterinary surgeons, nurses, and client care colleagues who work collaboratively to deliver outstanding service. Continuous development is encouraged, with regular CPD opportunities and support for further training.

What we're looking for

• RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon

• 3 years' experience, including at least 1 year in the UK

• Confident with routine surgery and medicine

• Strong diagnostic and case management skills

• Excellent communicator and true team player
