Salary: £75,000 – £90,000 DOE

About the role
We're seeking an experienced Head Vet to lead a progressive small-animal practice within the UK's largest independent, family-owned veterinary group. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the clinical direction, raise standards, and support colleagues in achieving gold-standard care. As part of the senior management team, you'll play a key role in coaching and inspiring your colleagues, driving continuous improvement and ensuring exceptional service for clients and patients alike.

This is a purpose-built, RCVS-accredited practice equipped with excellent facilities to support advanced diagnostics and treatment. With an established client base and a loyal team, the practice provides a dynamic yet supportive environment for a veterinary leader to thrive.
The team
You'll work alongside a dedicated and passionate group of veterinary surgeons, RVNs, SVNs and support staff. Many colleagues are working towards postgraduate certificates, creating a culture of ongoing learning and collaboration. The caseload is varied, making every day both rewarding and stimulating.
