The Role:
A fantastic opportunity is available for an experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a supportive and welcoming small animal practice in Middlesbrough. This varied position offers a mix of theatre and consulting responsibilities, giving excellent scope for development.

The role is full time, though part-time applicants are welcome. The rota includes 1 in 3 Saturdays (9am–2pm), with no Sundays or bank holidays. Nurses are encouraged to undertake Schedule 3 activities and CPD in areas of interest is fully supported.

About the Practice:
This is a modern, purpose-built practice with a strong focus on teamwork and clinical excellence. The practice team includes experienced vets with interests in soft tissue surgery and exotics, ensuring a diverse caseload and an engaging working environment. Nurses are fully supported to use and develop their skills to a high level.

Regular team meetings and one-to-ones ensure every colleague has a voice in practice development and career progression, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
