The Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join a busy and progressive small animal practice near the coast in Eastbourne. This role would suit a vet with at least 2 years' experience, confident in consultations and routine surgeries, who is looking to expand their clinical skills and develop further. The caseload is varied, and the practice offers advanced services including cardiology, behaviour, dentistry, and keyhole surgery, making this an excellent environment for growth.

About the Practice:
The practice is bright, spacious, and purpose built to industry-leading standards with separate cat and dog areas, including kennels, prep rooms, theatres, and waiting areas to reduce patient stress. Facilities include ultrasound, digital and dental radiography, endoscopy, laparoscopy, in-house laboratory, laser therapy, and acupuncture. The clinical team is highly experienced, comprising 5.5 vets, 12 nurses, and a client care team of 7, creating a supportive and collaborative environment where special interests are encouraged and funded.

Rota:

• Full time preferred, part time considered

• No out of hours

• 1 in 4 weekend rota

• Paid breaks included
