We have an excellent opportunity for a Head Veterinary Surgeon to lead a progressive small animal team in Scunthorpe. This position offers true flexibility, with full-time or part-time hours available, and the support to shape both your clinical career and the future of the practice.
The Role

Leadership position with influence on clinical standards and practice development

Mix of hands-on clinical work and mentoring colleagues

Routine surgery and medicine cases, with support for special interests

No OOH, no on call, no Sundays

Saturdays shared fairly across the team

The Team
You'll be guiding and working alongside a close-knit, supportive team including:

Veterinary Surgeon (currently studying towards a surgery certificate)

3 Registered Veterinary Nurses

1 Student Veterinary Nurse

1 Veterinary Care Assistant

Dedicated client care team and practice manager
