We have an excellent opportunity for a Head Veterinary Surgeon to lead a progressive small animal team in Scunthorpe. This position offers true flexibility, with full-time or part-time hours available, and the support to shape both your clinical career and the future of the practice.

The Role

• Leadership position with influence on clinical standards and practice development

• Mix of hands-on clinical work and mentoring colleagues

• Routine surgery and medicine cases, with support for special interests

• No OOH, no on call, no Sundays

• Saturdays shared fairly across the team

• Full flexibility for work-life balance

The Team
You'll be guiding and working alongside a close-knit, supportive team including:

• Veterinary Surgeon (currently studying towards a surgery certificate)

• 3 Registered Veterinary Nurses

• 1 Student Veterinary Nurse

• 1 Veterinary Care Assistant

• Dedicated client care team and practice manager

Excellent transport connections mean London and Birmingham are both within easy reach.

Must Haves
