Salary: From €70,000 depending on experience, with bonus pay for any OOH worked
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon to take on a senior role within a busy practice in County Cork. This opportunity offers a mix of clinical and surgical leadership, managing a small animal caseload while supporting and guiding a team. The position would suit a vet with strong communication and organisational skills who is ready to progress into a head/lead vet role.

Full-time position, 40 hours across 4 days

1:3 Saturday clinics

Minimal Sunday on-call (1:10), with nurse support

Leadership responsibility within a supportive environment
About the Practice
This well-established multi-branch group provides first opinion care as well as referral surgery, exotic cases, and wildlife park services. You'll have access to an experienced network of colleagues across sites, with a strong focus on collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Confident in routine and emergency small animal surgery

Interest in medicine and diagnostics advantageous

Strong leadership skills, able to guide and support a clinical team

Must Haves
- RCVS Registered (or soon to be)
