Role: Veterinary Surgeon – ECC (Day & Twilight shifts)
-
Hours: Average 35.1 hrs/week | 4 days on, 4 days off (alternating between day shifts and twilight shifts)
-
Salary: £60,000–£70,000 DOE
-
Weekends/OOH: No long night shifts (covered by dedicated night team) | No on-call | No sole charge
The Role
-
ECC caseload including inpatient workups (day shifts) and urgent/emergency consultations (twilight shifts)

Wide and varied cases from across 40 referring practices
-
Always supported by another Vet – no sole charge required

Lead and mentor alongside a large, skilled RVN, ACA and receptionist team

Fully supported for certificate study and clinical development

The Package

Salary £60,000–£70,000 DOE

6.6 weeks holiday including bank holidays (buy/sell options)

Sick pay: 2 weeks full pay, 4 weeks half pay

£1,750 CPD allowance 5 CPD days | Certificate study supported

VDS, RCVS 2 other memberships paid

Must Haves
- RCVS Registered (or soon to be)
