• Location: West Cornwall (near Penzance)

• Role: Head Registered Veterinary Nurse

• Salary: £31,000–£33,000 per annum

• Hours: Full time (40 hrs) – part-time/flexible considered

• OOH: None

The Role

• Lead and support the nurse team day-to-day

• Maintain high nursing standards and oversee smooth clinical operations

• Organise nurse rota and manage insurance claims

• Hands-on clinical nursing across consults, inpatient care, theatre and recovery

About the Practice

• Supportive team of 3 Vets, 3 RVNs, 1 SVN and 2 receptionists

• 15-minute consultations as standard

• RCVS accredited and ISFM Silver status

• Environmentally conscious – awarded "Plastic Free” status

• Well-managed diary to maintain patient care standards and staff wellbeing
