• Location: Dublin (Clondalkin area)

• Role: Small Animal Clinical Director – Permanent

• Salary: €70,000 – €90,000 DOE

• Hours: Full time

• Weekends: 1 in 4

• OOH: None

The Role

• Lead, mentor and support a team of vets, nurses and support staff

• Balance leadership responsibilities with clinical work (consults, surgery, diagnostics)

• Opportunity to shape practice standards, processes and client experience

• Supported progression with leadership and clinical development training available

What We're Looking For

• Several years' experience as a small animal vet

• Previous leadership or management experience an advantage

• Strong communicator with a positive, approachable style

• Committed to teamwork, client care and continuous improvement

• Long-established practice with over 25 years serving the community

• Team of experienced vets, qualified nurses, receptionists and animal care assistants

• Modern facilities including digital X-ray, in-house lab, and fully equipped theatres

• Ongoing investment – currently undergoing a full clinic refurbishment
