The Role
-
Lead, mentor and support a team of vets, nurses and support staff
-
Balance leadership responsibilities with clinical work (consults, surgery, diagnostics)

Opportunity to shape practice standards, processes and client experience

Supported progression with leadership and clinical development training available
What We're Looking For
-
Several years' experience as a small animal vet
-
Previous leadership or management experience an advantage
-
Strong communicator with a positive, approachable style
-
Committed to teamwork, client care and continuous improvement

Long-established practice with over 25 years serving the community

Team of experienced vets, qualified nurses, receptionists and animal care assistants

Modern facilities including digital X-ray, in-house lab, and fully equipped theatres

Ongoing investment – currently undergoing a full clinic refurbishment
