Key Details

• Role: Registered Veterinary Nurse – Permanent – Independent practice

• Salary: From £28,000 – £35,000

• Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week, 4–5 days

  • Split shifts: 8:30am–4:30pm or 11:00am–7:00pm (flexible, but early and late shifts required)

• Weekends: 1 in 4 Saturdays, 9:00am–4:00pm (time off in lieu provided)

• Sundays/Bank Holidays: Closed

The Role

• Consults, anaesthesia, theatre work and inpatient care

• Diagnostics, lab work and nurse clinics

• Coaching student veterinary nurses

• Encouraged to develop areas of interest

About the Practice
Independent and community-focused, equipped with:

• Digital and dental x-ray

• Ultrasound

• Endoscopy

• K-laser therapy

• In-house lab and surgical theatre

Supportive team of VETS, RVNs and support staff with excellent retention.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary from £28,000 – £35,000 DOE

• £500 CPD allowance time off for congress every 2 years

• RCVS fees and VDS cover paid

• 28 days' holiday including bank holidays (holiday package due for review 2026)

Must Haves
