Location: Colne, Lancashire (with work across Burnley and Barnoldswick branches)

Role: Registered Veterinary Nurse

Salary: Dependent on experience (up to £16.05/hour, weekends paid additionally)
-
Hours: Full time, average 36.5 hours per week over 4 or 5 days
-
Weekends: 1 in 6 weekends (alternating Saturday day shifts and full weekends, with time off in lieu)
-
OOH: Covered by dedicated night RVN team at the Colne branch
The Role
As a key member of the nursing team, you will:

Carry out nurse consults, admissions and discharges
-
Monitor anaesthesia and provide surgical nursing support

Deliver inpatient care and recovery
-
Undertake lab work and clinical administration

Support student nurses and junior team members
-
Play an active role in shaping clinical services and using your full nursing skillset

Modern facilities including digital x-ray, dental x-ray, ultrasound and in-house laboratory

24/7 care provided for clients, with a dedicated OOH night RVN team

Supportive, experienced team of vets, nurses and support staff with a strong focus on teamwork and patient care

Colne is a welcoming Lancashire market town surrounded by beautiful countryside. The area offers:

Must Haves
- RCVS Registered (or soon to be)
