Role: Registered Veterinary Nurse

Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum (DOE, pro rata)

Hours: Full time or part time considered – typical rota 4 days per week, 8am–7pm

Weekends: Share in Saturday rota; no Sundays or bank holidays

OOH: None
The Role
This is a varied position offering opportunities to grow your skills and work alongside an experienced and supportive team. Duties include:

Nurse consultations and client communication

Theatre work, anaesthesia, and monitoring

Opportunity to carry out schedule 3 procedures (if desired)

Involvement in coaching student veterinary nurses

Day-to-day patient care, diagnostics, and medication preparation
About the Practice
Clifton Lodge Veterinary Group is a 4-site, small animal-only practice with a strong community presence. The main site has been established since 1950, with branches in Horden, Billingham and Sedgefield. The practice is well-equipped with:

Endoscopy and laparoscopy

Exciting plans for relocation and expansion of the main Hartlepool site, including installation of CT

Salary up to £30,000 DOE

Must Haves
- RCVS Registered (or soon to be)
