Key Details

• Location: Telscombe (3 days/week) and Lewes (sole charge Mondays), East Sussex

• Role: Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon

• Salary: £45,000–£60,000 FTE (DOE)

• Hours: Full time, 40 hours/week (4 days, 8am–6pm) – part-time considered

• Weekends: 1:4 Saturdays at Telscombe or Lewes, supported by Brighton hospital

• OOH: None (covered by the Brighton hospital)

The Role

• First-opinion small animal work across two branches

• Mix of consulting and surgery with sole charge required at Lewes

• Opportunity to work up your own cases while referring emergencies and hospital patients to Brighton

• Collaborative, supportive team environment with access to advanced facilities

• Coastway Vets has been caring for pets across East Sussex for over 45 years

• Large, purpose-built Brighton hospital plus 5 fully equipped branches

• 24/7 care provided at the Brighton hospital (also covering local practices' OOH)
