- Role type: Farm Animal Clinical Director (or Clinical Lead with progression)
- Hours: Full time (flexible contracts considered – 4 or 5 days)
- Salary: £55,000–£70,000 DOE
- OOH rota: Excellent 1:12 rota (shared with equine team)
About the role
This senior role offers the chance to lead and develop progressive herd health and consultancy-led farm services. You'll work closely with management and clinical colleagues to deliver high standards of farm veterinary care while supporting and mentoring Telecommunication's, vet techs, and junior vets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving proactive herd health planning and progressive farm services
- Overseeing government OV work as Vet Services Manager
- Shaping Client charging structures to support modern farm veterinary medicine
- Supporting and mentoring the farm veterinary team at all levels
- Collaborating with experienced Clinical Directors across the wider group
About you
- MRCVS-qualified farm vet with strong clinical skills
- Passionate about proactive, high-quality farm veterinary care
- Confident communicator with leadership ambitions (or current leadership experience)
- Keen to mentor and develop colleagues at all levels
- Collaborative and supportive, with a positive, proactive approach
Package & benefits
- Salary £55,000–£70,000 DOE
- Relocation assistance up to £8,000
- CPD: £1,750 5 days (or £2,500 8 days for certificate holders)

- 5 weeks holiday Bank Holidays (pro rata)
