Locum Veterinary Surgeon required – Richmond upon Thames, London / Surrey border

We urgently require locum vet cover for 2 weeks, starting from 8th September (This coming Monday) or as soon as possible. This practice is looking for an experienced vet to support them during a period of being short-staffed. The role could be at any of their 3 branches Teddington, Surbiton, and Shepperton.

Details:

  • Start 8 th September and finish on 19 th September
  • SA practice
  • 4 or 5 days per week (Monday–Friday)
  • 9.5-hour shifts (including a 30-minute unpaid lunch) between 8:00am–7:30pm
  • No OOH or on-call duties
  • All practices are accessible via public transport
  • Open to consulting-only vets or those wishing to do consults and ops
  • Accommodation not available

Must Haves

  • RCVS Registered (or soon to be)
  • Possess the right to work in the United Kingdom
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Amazing experience

New Grad Experience

Both Abby and Adam were fantastic, quick to respond and also really took into account what exactly I was looking for. As soon as I’d mentioned to Abby I was interested in the charity/not-for-profit sector she quickly compiled a list of practices that might interest me. In doing that Abby introduced me to a company that I would quite literally describe as my dream job, and after some interviews (wonderfully set up by both Abby and Adam through the process) landed that job.
