Locum Veterinary Surgeon, Helston, Cornwall

We are recruiting on behalf of a veterinary practice close to Helson, Cornwall for a Locum Veterinary Surgeon to start as soon as possible and provide cover for the next couple of months. Accommodation can be provided if required.

The role will involve weekday shifts from 8.30am to 6.30pm and Saturday mornings from 8.30am to 12.30pm. The position offers a varied caseload of operations and consulting with some sole charge. The Locum will potentially work across two different practice, one in Helston and one in Penzance.

  • Immediate start
  • Duration: a couple of months
  • Weekday shifts 8.30am–6.30pm
  • Saturday shifts 8.30am–12.30pm

  • Potential work across Head and Head (Helston) and Regent Court Vets (Penzance
  • Accommodation available if required
  • Ideally block bookings
  • £350 – £500 per day DOE
  • Payment Vehicles : Umbrella / Sole Trader

Must Haves

RCVS Registered (or soon to be)
Possess the right to work in the United Kingdom
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Amazing experience

New Grad Experience

Both Abby and Adam were fantastic, quick to respond and also really took into account what exactly I was looking for. As soon as I’d mentioned to Abby I was interested in the charity/not-for-profit sector she quickly compiled a list of practices that might interest me.
