Permanent Veterinary Surgeon – Norwich, Norfolk

We have an exciting opportunity for a Permanent Veterinary Surgeon to join small animal practice in Norwich. This role is part time for 21 hours per week over 2 days, along with 1 in 3 Saturdays. The weekday shifts will be Thursdays from 9am to 7pm and Fridays from 8am to 6pm. The Saturday shifts will be based at the practice in the morning and a branch in the afternoon. There will be no OOH work or on-call duties.

Duties:

• Pet health education
• Vaccinations and preventative healthcare advocating
• Patient examinations and diagnostics
• Surgeries and medical treatments
• Perform diagnostic laboratory tests, imaging, ultrasound tests where applicable
• Prescribe medications
• Patient record maintenance

Package:

• Salary: Up to £72,000 pro rata, commensurate to experience
• Holidays: 5 weeks annual leave plus bank holidays pro rata

Must Haves
