A leading 24-hour veterinary hospital is seeking a Permanent Senior Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) to join their dynamic and well-established team. About the Role:

This full-time, 40-hour per week position is ideal for a motivated and confident RVN looking to lead within a busy 24-hour hospital. You'll work across a variety of departments including theatre, inpatient wards, consulting, and ECC, stepping in to support senior colleagues during annual leave or absences. The role offers valuable variety, leadership opportunities, and the potential to focus on specific areas such as theatre, wards, or front of house, depending on your interests and strengths. Your schedule will include participation in a weekend rotation (with time off in lieu) and up to three bank holidays per year.

What They're Looking For:

• A qualified and RCVS-registered RVN with significant experience in a hospital setting

• A proactive, adaptable "all-rounder” who enjoys a varied caseload

• A strong communicator who leads by example and supports junior team members

• A passion for high standards of clinical care and continuous professional development

• Previous experience in a senior or leadership role is advantageous, but not essential
