Permanent Veterinary Surgeon – Kettering, Northamptonshire

We are working in partnership with a cutting-edge veterinary hospital located in Kettering, Northamptonshire, to recruit a Veterinary Surgeon to join their growing team. This recently expanded and purpose-built 24-hour facility has been thoughtfully designed by veterinary professionals to provide the highest level of care and clinical excellence.

Equipped with state-of-the-art technology, the hospital offers access to CT, digital X-ray, endoscopy, laparoscopy, a sterile surgical theatre, piped gas, and ultrasound. In addition, the site prioritises staff wellbeing, with excellent on-site welfare amenities and a supportive team culture.

The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Veterinary Surgeon who is confident in a hospital environment and has completed their VetGDP. The position offers flexibility, with both full-time and part-time working options available, and no out-of-hours commitments—supporting a truly healthy work-life balance.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• MRCVS-qualified Veterinary Surgeon

• Completed VetGDP

• Confident working in a hospital setting

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Committed to delivering high clinical and patient care standards

• Salary range of £40,000 – £50,000 depending on experience (pro rata)
