Permanent Veterinary Nurse (Part-Time, Mornings) – Eastbourne, East Sussex

We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) to join a friendly team in Eastbourne on a permanent, part-time basis. This role offers a great opportunity to work 4 mornings per week in a supportive and well-equipped practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist veterinary surgeons during consultations, surgical procedures, and medical treatments.

• Administer medications, vaccinations, and prescribed treatments in accordance with veterinary instructions.

• Monitor and accurately record the vital signs of patients under your care.

• Prepare animals for surgery and provide attentive post-operative support.

• Perform and process diagnostic laboratory tests with precision and attention to detail.

• Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and organisation throughout the clinic, including the sterilisation of surgical instruments and equipment.

What They are Looking For:

• A qualified and registered RVN with relevant clinical experience.

• A compassionate, proactive, and reliable team player.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

• A strong commitment to animal welfare and clinical excellence.

Hours:
Part-time – 4 mornings per week.

Salary:
Up to £33,000 pro rata, depending on experience.
