An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Veterinary Surgeon to join a supportive and well-established practice in Rayleigh, Essex. This is a fantastic chance to become part of a close-knit, experienced team delivering exceptional care in a purpose-built, modern facility.

The Role:

This is a full-time position, with weekends on a fair 1:4 rota. There are no out-of-hours, bank holidays, or on-call duties, offering you a great work-life balance. Flexible working and part-time hours will also be considered, so we'd love to discuss what would work best for you.

You'll be confident in routine surgery and medical consultations and comfortable with some sole charge responsibilities.

The Team:

You'll be joining a friendly and collaborative team led by an experienced Clinical Director. The team includes:

• 2 additional vets (including one with a Dermatology Certificate)

• 4 RVNs

• 2 Student Nurses

• 3 VCAs

• A welcoming Client Care team

About You:

We're looking for a proactive, compassionate vet who enjoys working as part of a team and delivering high-quality clinical care. You should be confident handling a varied caseload and keen to develop your skills.

Must haves:

• RCVS Registered & Qualified or soon to be.
• Possess the right to work in the United Kingdom.
