We're recruiting on behalf of a leading not-for-profit veterinary hospital in Sunderland, seeking a Veterinary Surgeon to join their experienced team. This is a rewarding, purpose-driven role offering real clinical variety in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

About the Practice:
This modern, fully equipped hospital features in-house radiography, ultrasound, endoscopy, piped gases, orthopaedic equipment, and separate dog and cat facilities. You'll work alongside a team of vets with varied clinical interests, encouraging collaboration and case discussion. Weekend and OOH shifts are shared with enhanced pay and time off in lieu.

About You:
You're a qualified vet who enjoys variety, thrives under pressure, and communicates confidently with clients and colleagues alike. You lead by example, bring a pragmatic approach to patient care, and always look for ways to improve efficiency and outcomes.
