Permanent Veterinary Surgeon – Bristol – Full-Time – Surgical Bias Preferred

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established veterinary practice in Bristol seeking a dedicated and client-focused Veterinary Surgeon to join their friendly team. This is an exciting new role for a surgically biased GP – ideally a certificate holder. There's potential for a higher salary for candidates with orthopaedic experience and/or a surgical certificate.

The Role:

• Full-time: 4-day week (9-hour shifts) with a fixed day off

• Daily admin hour built into your schedule

• Weekend rota: 1 in 4

• Mix of consultations and surgical duties

• Flexible working patterns available – let's discuss what works for you!

What They are Looking For:

• Veterinary Surgeon with 3 years' GP experience and a strong surgical interest

• Surgical certificate holder (or working towards one) strongly preferred

• Orthopaedic experience a bonus – with higher salary potential

• Passionate about preventive care and pet wellbeing

• Team player with strong communication skills
