We are recruiting on behalf of a practice in Norwich for a Permanent Veterinary Surgeon to join their team on a weekend-only basis.

This role is part time for 15 hours per week with Saturday shifts from 9am to 6pm and Sunday shifts from 10:30am to 4:30pm. There will be no OOH work or on-call duties.

The practice is looking for an experienced veterinary surgeon who has good general surgical and medical skills, along with excellent communication skills. This role can be consult-only and there will be no sole charge involved.

The practice has a varied caseload and sees more complex cases with orthopaedics and ophthalmology referrals. They have an experienced team with certificate holding surgeons. They allow vets to work up their own cases and have clinical freedom and ensure that they have that important admin time each day. They regularly hold clinical meetings where they share cases and knowledge and they understand the importance of employee wellbeing.

Package:
