We are recruiting for a Permanent Veterinary Nurse to join a practice in Le Foulon, Guernsey. This role is full time for 40 hours per week, along with 1 in 3 Saturdays and some on-call duties on a rota. There will be no OOH work.

The role:
- The role is full time with no OOH
- This is a mixed animal practice which sees 95% small animal cases
- They are able to offer a varied caseload that will support clinical development
- They are looking for a nurse who enjoys establishing relationships with clients and looking to continue to develop their skills

- You will be responsible for communicating with clients with regards to updates on their pets health

About you:
- You will be a qualified veterinary nurse with a desire to work with a forward-thinking veterinary practice
- You must have a real passion for the industry and strive to provide the highest standards of care
- Excellent customer service skills are essential
- The practice can accept applications from various levels of experience however the Nurse will be looking to continue to improve their own skill set and work towards the practices overall aim to continue to expand services offered
- The Nurse will be a team player with excellent communications skills and be able to establish good working relationships with both clients and the fellow colleagues
Package:
- Salary: £28,000 to £32,000 per annum, commensurate to experience
- Holidays: 6 weeks annual leave, including bank holidays

Must haves:
- RCVS registered and qualified or soon to be
