Role: Veterinary Surgeon.

Contract: Permanent.

Location: Kenilworth, Warwickshire.

Hours: Full time – 40 hours per week over 4 days.

Weekend rota: 1 in 6 weekends at a nearby 24-hour hospital.

Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
The Opportunity
This role would suit a Veterinary Surgeon looking to work within a supportive and flexible practice environment. You will manage a wide variety of medical and surgical cases while working alongside a collaborative team, with support from regular veterinary and nursing colleagues.
Kenilworth offers a great lifestyle balance, combining a historic town centre with easy access to countryside and excellent transport links to Leamington Spa, Coventry and Birmingham.

The Role

Deliver high-quality clinical care in consultations and surgery.

Manage a varied first-opinion small animal caseload.

Develop tailored treatment plans in partnership with clients.

Share skills and support the development of colleagues.
What We're Looking For

Qualified MRCVS Veterinary Surgeon.

Experience in small animal practice preferred.

Strong communication and client-care skills.

Team-focused, professional and collaborative approach.

Commitment to high clinical standards.

Salary £50,000 – £55,000 per annum.
