Hours: Full time (39 hours over 4 days, 9am–7pm) with 1 in 5 weekends. Part time considered. No OOH.
Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum (DOE, FTE)

The Role:
We are looking for a dedicated Veterinary Surgeon to join a supportive small animal team in Norwich. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an experienced group of clinicians across a varied caseload, with scope to develop your own clinical interests.

About the Practice:
The clinic is purpose-built to industry-leading standards with modern diagnostic and surgical facilities, including digital X-ray, ultrasound, well-stocked orthopaedic kits, and in-house laboratory equipment.

Appointments are structured at 15 minutes for vaccinations and 30 minutes for clinical consults, giving you the time to provide thorough and high-quality care. The practice follows BVA good workplace guidelines and holds PSS small animal GP accreditation.

The Team:
You'll be working with a team of experienced Vets, Nurses, VCAs and support staff who share a passion for high standards of care. The veterinary team has interests in orthopaedics, imaging, and surgery, with regular clinical meetings and CPD to support continuous learning.

• Digital X-ray and ultrasound

• In-house laboratory

• Separate wards for cats, dogs, and isolation

• Mental health first aiders and wellbeing support structures
