We are recruiting for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a well-established first opinion practice in Brixton, South London. This role can be offered on either a full-time or part-time basis, making it an excellent opportunity for an RVN looking for flexibility while still enjoying the support of a busy and friendly branch team. About the role
This position can be 32–40 hours per week, depending on your preference. The rota includes a 1:4 Saturday branch rota, 1:10 Sundays at Stone Lion Hospital, and 1 bank holiday per year. There are no on-call requirements.
You will be working alongside a trainee nurse and a sole charge vet (also being recruited for), supporting day-to-day practice life and running nurse clinics to strengthen your bond with clients and patients.

About them
This practice has been part of the Brixton community for over 20 years and is situated between Streatham Hill and Brixton stations, just a 20-minute walk or 5-minute cycle from either.
You will benefit from full support from a regional manager and regional head vet, plus referral and OOH cover at Stone Lion Hospital in Wimbledon. The hospital provides advanced services including CT, ultrasound, laparoscopy, and a specialist team for complex cases.
Brixton itself is one of London's most vibrant areas, with a rich cultural scene, excellent food markets, and strong transport connections into central London.

Salary: £34,000 – £37,000 FTE depending on experience (pro rata for part-time)

Holidays: 6.6 weeks annual leave including bank holidays (pro rata)
