Permanent Veterinary Surgeon, Scarborough, North Yorkshire

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join a well-established and expanding practice in Scarborough, North Yorkshire. This role offers a competitive salary of up to £60,000 (depending on experience, full-time equivalent), along with a welcome bonus of up to £5,000 and a relocation package of £5,000.

This is an ideal full-time position for a dedicated vet looking to be part of a dynamic practice entering a new and exciting phase, including a refurbishment and the development of a new clinical team. There is flexibility available, with part-time hours also considered to support work-life balance.

The successful candidate will work 40 hours per week, including alternate Saturday mornings. There are no Sunday shifts or out-of-hours commitments. The role will include some sole charge responsibilities, so confidence in routine surgery and independent consulting is essential.

The practice is committed to supporting career growth and professional development. CPD is encouraged and funded, with opportunities to pursue further certification and training. The ideal applicant will be a team player with strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for delivering high-quality care. You will be enthusiastic about playing a key role in the practice's future growth and clinical development.
