About the Practice:

Our client, is a well-established, independent small animal practice with five branches across the island. With a fantastic reputation and long-standing client base, this is a team that truly puts patient care and client service at the heart of everything they do. Due to ongoing expansion, they are now seeking an experienced vet to join their collaborative, supportive team.
This is a rare opportunity for either a single vet or a couple looking to relocate together to join a practice where professional development is encouraged, caseloads are varied, and staff turnover is refreshingly low.

What's on Offer:

• Full-time permanent position across 5 well-equipped branches
• Excellent work/life balance with generous time off
• Very manageable OOH rota: 1 weeknight in 7–8 and 1 weekend in 6–7, with time off in lieu
• Case continuity from start to finish – with no off-island referrals
• Generous CPD allowance, including support for certificates
• Professional fees paid
• Competitive salary, up to £65,000 and plus DOE
• Relocation package available, including accommodation with bills paid by the Vet and company vehicle for travel between branches.
• Relocation costs to the island paid for
• 20 days annual leave per year – incremental with service

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 3–4 years' experience in small animal practice
• Confident with routine consultations and surgeries
• A great team player who values continuity of care and excellent customer service
• Comfortable working independently across multiple sites
