Permanent Equine Veterinary Surgeon – Lanarkshire (Ambulatory Role)

A leading equine veterinary practice based in Lanarkshire is seeking a dedicated and experienced Equine Veterinary Surgeon to join its friendly, supportive, and expert team. This is a permanent ambulatory role, based out of purpose-built premises with excellent facilities. Flexible working arrangements may be considered, though a full-time role with an on-call component is available.

The Role:

• Permanent position for an experienced Equine Veterinary Surgeon (ambulatory)

• Based at a state-of-the-art facility in Lanark, with access to referral hospital services

• On-call rota shared within a supportive and experienced team

• Opportunity to work with a wide range of equine patients, including horses, ponies, and donkeys

• Flexible working patterns will be considered for the right candidate

The Facilities:

• Modern referral hospital with custom-built facilities

• Stabling for 11 horses

• Outdoor ménage and field

• Large non-slip examination area

• Stocks for endoscopy, reproductive exams, dentistry, and standing surgery
