We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and thriving practice in Banbury for a Permanent Veterinary Surgeon to join their friendly and dedicated team.

About the Role:

• Hours: Full or part time, with a minimum of 25 hours per week

• Weekends: 1 in 3 weekends (flexible for the right candidate)

• Out of Hours: None

• Sole Charge: Occasional

• Consultation Time: 15 minutes

• System Used: RX Works

• Team: 1 Vet, 3 RVNs, 1 SVN, and a supportive non-clinical team

You will be confident in routine surgeries and consultations, able to work independently when required, and comfortable creating evidence-based treatment plans. Excellent communication skills and a passion for high standards of clinical care are essential.

Salary & Benefits Package:

• Salary: £40,000–£60,000 pro rata (dependent on experience)

• RCVS registered (or eligible) veterinary surgeon

• Confident with routine surgery and consultations

• Strong interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships

Must haves:

• RCVS Registered & Qualified or soon to be.
