We are recruiting for Permanent Veterinary Nurse to join a practice in Westminster, London. This role is full time for 4 days per week, along with 1 in 6 weekends. There will be no OOH work or on-call duties.
The practices provide a high standard of clinical care and pride themselves on having staff members who stand apart from the rest and have a real passion and vision for how they work. They provide ongoing training and support to all team members through dedicated training centres. All staff also benefit from the access to the best diagnostic equipment such as MRI machines and CT scanners and state of the art operating theatres in their nearest state-of-the-art animal hospitals.
This position offers a great surgical and medical caseload enabling the development your clinical skill set. There is also the additional opportunity to develop nurse clinics where you can draw on your own ideas to promote within the practice.
About the role
The practice are looking for an RVN with a good level of small animal experience. They must be able to demonstrate initiative where required. This is a dynamic role where the RVN will be involved with consultant, surgeries, listening to clients and have an empathetic attitude. They must be committed to always delivering exceptional patient and client care.
The RVN is required to have a caring and approachable attitude along with a professionalism of working together as part of team. Excellent communication skills are key. As the RVN will be working with SVNs and PCAs it is important that they are aware of both their own role but also the capabilities of others.

- You will have clinical coaching experience or be looking to become a clinical coach

Package:
- Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum, commensurate to experience
- Holidays: 5 weeks annual leave plus bank holidays
